The transmission system features the control of frequency converter imported from Japan, which enable the machine to
smoothly start up and continuously and slowly operate by inches. The multipurpose centralized control panel is human-oriented and easy to operate. The main gears are lubricated with oil-moistened lubricant, which ensures stable operation of the machine. The rigid frame is firm and stable, and the transmission design of unidirectional bearing reduces the occurrences of shut-down marks. Moreover, the machine operates with low noises, low abrasion and low transmission power consumption.
The yam feeder designed by our company may be equipped at each line with special guide pulley of Lycra to evenly and stably guide various synthetic fibers into manufacturing processes. Fine loop adjustment, easy and accurate, renders readjustment spacing to be small, withing the accuracy of 0.01 mm. Its internal parts are produced with high-precision technique and imported from Taiwan with original packaging, which can even compare favorably with watching making technology.
The synchronized central loop density adjusting unit may be operated simply with an adjusting spanner to change fabric density and gram weight. This adjustment is easier and simpler, thus the benefit is boosted, It is exclusively designed with a patent. Each adjusting screw features independent fastening design that prevents the overall unit from vibrating as the equipment is in operation; thus, ensures fabric to be reliable.
In purpose of reducing defectiveness in gear design and manufacturing to enable the machine to run more smoothly with more remarkable performance and more professional and delicate weaving technique, both Computer Aided Design (CAD) and Computer Aided Engineering (CAE) are employed to conduct gear static force analysis and analogue transmission. The machine underwent the structure design improvement with strength and stiffness of the main parts enhanced. The three support legs are equipped with anti-vibration pads to absorb the vibration in high-speed running of the machine and make it run more stably. A triple-shaft transmission positioning device is adopted to secure the homocentric and homocircle accuracy in high-speed running of the machine. the whole unit takes the advantage of high-temper cast iron with long-term endurance to prevent the base from distortional deformation so the long service life of the machine is guaranteed.
The fabric winding is completely free folds. Cloth is fully utilized without any waste, thus, cost is reduced and profit promoted. When chambray or quadrille is produced, the distance between stripes or between grilles at cloth head is completely accord with that at cloth end. A roller speed changing gear is also provided to render cloth weaving density to be extremely evenly and stably; and it is easy and convenient and to handle with time-efficiency.
Four-track fabrics such as calico weave, pique mesh, cockled fabric, twill, diamond pique can be produced through needle selection and triangle shift. With the patented yarn feeder, the machine can easily and smoothly guide in various synthetic fibres to produce different plating fabrics (silk cotton), double thread velvet, urethctne elastic fabric and elastic silk cotton.
